Can I keep my existing business mailbox?
Your mailbox and newsletter service serve different purposes. You can evaluate newsletter software while keeping your existing mailbox for replies and normal conversations. Check the sender setup required by the newsletter provider; do not remove working mail-routing records just to try a campaign tool.
Which free plan is best?
There is no universal answer in our research. First write down audience size, busiest sending day and required workflow. A plan that fits one freelancer may fail another business’s schedule. Use the comparison table and cost calculator, then confirm the actual plan with the provider.
Do I have to move my whole list to try a tool?
Start with your own test addresses and a small representative workflow. Check form signup, welcome email, campaign links and unsubscribe status before considering a full migration. Keep existing campaigns and customer data separate from the trial.
Are your articles based on hands-on testing?
Our current published guides are based on documentation, worked examples and clearly attributed external observations. We do not present those as our own product tests. Any future hands-on findings will identify the date, plan, steps and limits of the test.
Do you earn commission from every tool listed?
No. Our MailerLite affiliate relationship is disclosed, and qualifying purchases through labelled links may earn us commission. Our current ordinary Brevo and Kit links generate no affiliate commission for us. Commercial relationships do not guarantee a positive conclusion.
Are the worksheets free to use?
Our selection worksheet and practical checklists can be downloaded without providing an email address. Keep your completed copy locally; we do not need your subscriber list or private account details.
What if a price or feature has changed?
Check the source date on the article and open the official provider page before buying. Send a correction with the article URL and a supporting source to info@wepicktools.com. We review corrections rather than treating a dated comparison as a current offer.
