How we research
We use official pricing pages and product documentation, then explain the practical implications with our own worked examples. Where we discuss external reviews or user reports, we link to the original source and distinguish their observations from our own work. Each comparison identifies its sources and check date. We distinguish published specifications from our interpretation.
What we have not tested
Our current comparisons are desk research. We have not measured inbox placement, benchmarked speed or tested support quality. We do not publish star ratings, customer testimonials or claims of personal product use without evidence.
How the site is funded
We have verified affiliate links for MailerLite, EmailOctopus, Wondershare, ESET DACH and RoboForm. We may earn a commission when readers use a link labelled “affiliate link” and make a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to them. Official source links remain ordinary links. Brevo and Kit links currently generate no affiliate commission for us. Affiliate approval is not an endorsement of our editorial conclusions.
Editorial independence
We explain limitations whether or not a provider offers a commission. We do not sell positive conclusions or claim to cover the entire market. Affiliate links are identified where readers encounter them. Any future paid placement will also be labelled.
Corrections and maintenance
Send corrections to info@wepicktools.com with the page URL and a supporting source. We check reported errors and update the relevant article when warranted. The published check date describes our source review, not a promise that a provider has made no subsequent changes.
Anonymous usage counts
We count page loads and labelled affiliate-link clicks to understand which guides are used. The measurement stores only a UTC date, an approved page path, event type and provider label. It does not set cookies, use local storage, assign visitor identifiers, or record IP addresses, referrers or browser details in the measurement log. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Counts are not unique visitors, verified human traffic or sales; reloads, blocked scripts and automation can affect them. Measurement logs rotate weekly and are retained for up to four rotations; ordinary security logs are separate. Affiliate destinations have their own privacy practices.
